What problem to solve? 

The current user management dashboards lack clarity and ease
of use to conduct user/team management for small-scale businesses. As a result, the end
users required assistance and support from the WebEngage support team.

What is the Goal?

Design and build an identity platform that can scale for thousands of users with
robust administrative controls, gamification, performance opportunities, guidance, and
support with an intrusive UX approach.

What is the Hypothesis?

Growing adoption rates for a product requires following a clear, practical
framework. 

It requires using assistance, support, and data to form a hypothesis about how users can boost product adoption, implement those changes, then test to validate their effect. 

User Management Dashboards present opportunities to improve user experience by providing quick answers to users' common questions, easy data access, learning, and doing tasks.
